How do I make a purchase?
Buying HRUFC merchandise couldn’t be easier! Simply navigate to the product you’d like to order, select the quantity (and colour or size where applicable) and add to your basket. Collection or delivery arrangements are dealt with at checkout. Unfortunately, cheques and cash cannot be accepted at this time.

What methods of payment do you accept?
When purchasing via the club website, we accept most major credit cards, plus PayPal – really useful for a quick checkout! Alternatively, you can call the club office on 01484 469801 to place an order with a credit or debit card.

Can I pick my order up from the club office/main bar?
Yes you can – in fact, we’d encourage you to do so in order to avoid postage costs! Once your order is ready for collection, we will send you a confirmation.

I don’t live locally, what is your method of postage/delivery?
We use Royal Mail First Class postal service for most items and Royal Mail Standard Package for heavier items. We aim to dispatch items within three working days, however all items are subject to stock availability. There is a minimum postage charge of £3.50 per item (£4.75 for recorded delivery). Additional postage costs are calculated depending on the weight of your total package.

I live abroad, can I still place an order?
Yes, you can! All that we ask is that before you purchase your items, send us an email to shop@huddersfieldrugby.com, specifying the items that you would like to purchase and your location country – we’ll then get back to you with shipping costs and details.

What happens if I would like to return an item or cancel my order?
